Our Process

Plan

Our pre-design planning stage is really just sitting down with you for a quick consult or a zoom call and going over what it is you are wanting to do and then determining together if the project and our team is a good fit. Typically we go over ballpark costs, possible project timeline, money saving options, budget concerns or any general questions you may have concerning our process or your project.

Design

Once we establish an overview of what you are looking for we can help you visualize it using various 3D computer programs in order to help with the design as needed, including putting together a program with your desired spaces, concept sketches and floorplans as well as other tools to help visualize the project in terms of size and scale or in making material selections. If you decide to go ahead, we would then put together a formal proposal for you and go over the associated costs and timeline of your project.

Build

This is the fun part! Seeing all the planning and design begin to take form. Our licensed contractors are well versed in many construction methods, and we pride ourselves not only on our craft but also on the level of professionalism we bring to every project, no matter the scale.
